The release of Lauren Shera’s “Once I Was A Bird”
The first time the ladies of honeymoon got together, Lauren was just about a year out of finishing her second studio album “Once I Was A Bird”. On first listen, we all knew it was a true gem of a record. An eloquent statement by Lauren and a sonic triumph by recording engineer Andy Zenczak of Gadgetbox Studios.We’ve been lucky to play versions of Lauren’s songs at honeymoon live shows over the last year, and now it’s time for our lovely Lauren to release the album to the rest of the world! Once I Was A Bird is now available to the public and it’s already receiving critical acclaim by indie folk blogs and magazines like American Songwriter!
