The Yurt!
We mentioned it briefly in our last post (phew, its been a while!) that we were gearing up to have a honeymoon songwriting retreat this last 4th of July weekend. We did, and it. went. great!
After we played the after party for Jackie Greene’s Henry Miller show at Fernwood, we holed up in a yurt for 4 days – honeymoon style! We ate at fabulous restaurants in Big Sur, lounged by the river in the day and wrote songs on the porch most every night. It was a truly wonderful and relaxing weekend that we all needed!
